These folios of English sacred polyphony have survived as end-papers (one gathering at each end) of the 15th century manuscript containing Richard Hampole's Mirror of Life. The music texts date the manuscript in the time of Edward III. Two lines of music inexplicably between the Sanctus and Benedictus at the bottom of fol. 6v have been excluded from Part 1.
