Details
In inquiring into the options available to survivors of institutional child sexual abuse in Western Australia, the Committee in particular is looking into the effectiveness and efficiency (a) of the courts in dealing with civil litigation, (b) of WA's support of the National Redress Scheme, and (c) of provision of support services to survivors.
